Following a series of ad-hoc aged care projects, we launched The Catalyst Report in home care in 2017. Our plan was to provide independent consumer feedback to guide providers in a rapidly evolving market. Subscriber uptake was strong and feedback was positive. We were asked to develop a similar service in residential aged care, then retirement living. The Catalyst Report now boasts 75 subscriber organisations since inception.
